I would, however, be flabbergasted --- in a
good way --- if the man were Catholic.
It would be interesting to watch the ACLU get involved in this. It's clearly a First Amendment issue. The race card, if he could pull it, would just be icing on the cake.
I hope he sues the owners of the Mall of America to kingdom come,
and wins. Malls are hurting anyway. There's COVID fear, coupled with being able to get anything you want online, cheaper, better selection, free shipping if you have Amazon Prime (yes, I know, but we buy so much, they lose money on us with all that shipping), and you don't have to leave home, fight traffic, park your car, watch for moronic drivers on the way there and back, and so on.
Wonder if it has anything to do with that little symbol that the line goes through?
