Kansas voters on Tuesday overwhelmingly struck down a proposed constitutional amendment that would remove language enshrining reproductive rights in their state, in a move widely seen as a victory for abortion rights activists.

It goes to show how the US system of governance is flawed. Voters now sanction murder.

I live here.  I think this is more a reflection of timeliness.  had this vote been 6 months after the overturning of RvW, emotions would maybe not have been so heated and may have gone thru.  Kris Kobach is running for AG here again.  he was good in that role, but I don't feel he has as strong a chance this time.   he may be too attached to the Trump train. it's a red state  but more of a classic pro business repub, dare I say RINO type place.  Also Johnson county, where I live is pretty darn blue and the certainly got out the vote on this issue

Is anyone surprised?  Democracy is the system that chose to spare Barabbas rather than Jesus.
