Personally, Roscoe, I think your questions about why people will post for pages about the condom issue, and show little interest in the recent strategic shootings as part of the larger, ongoing One World Conspiracy, are quite reasonable.

To your detractors, I would like to address this speculation:  maybe R. is an example of what used to termed (in old dictionaries) 'monomania'.  This refers to a variety of insanity in which the affected individual is irrational in respect only to one subject -- which in R's case would be marijuana use/Jansenism. I personally have observed that even people who are distinctly not playing with a full deck (such as my wacko husband) will nevertheless often have many correct perceptions about reality. (Forgive me, please, Roscoe!)

Belloc, I really wonder how, with your law enforcement background, you can judge the death penalty to be of no deterrent value.  However, I do think that in the case of  seriously unbalanced potential criminals, the deterrent effect may be quite weak.  Aren't many of the people who would get rid of the death penalty, the same people who would take guns away from ordinary citizens?

No appreciable drop in crime, including Murder in areas w/death penalty, most people commit murdur and rarely ever say "hey, I ought not do this, I might get executed".

Ted Bundy specifically went to Florida as they at the time had death penalty and were quick to use it in order to stop himself. He then comitted several murders, the last a 12 yr old so as to outrage and all but incur the DP.....there is some evdience that he knew, deep down, he was evil and due to his narcisistic traits, could not stop himself, so wnted otehrs to stop him.

None the less, several more died after he went to Florida....

Killing him did eventually stop him, but the other lives still lost nad many, many murders in Florida since he wsa locked up, since being executed and to this day...often crimes of passion, greed and people zonked out on drugs/booze and not clearly thinking to begin with...

So, death penality does not appreciably stop most in society that are and will kill, but it stops those particular individuals....a difference with distinction....

in NC we have the death penalty, have you heard of Zahra Baker? if her parents are executed, they will nto kill again-they are deterred, though no proof exists they would kill again, she was a specific target....but since her death, we have had other murders, likely by people that heard the story and are aware of the DP in our state........

Saying the DP stops people for killing in general is false, saying it stops thos ethat kill for killing again would have merit-unless said people killed in prison........again, Bundy is not going to kill anyone ever again.....

I do agree w/you there is something very off w/Rosco mentally, hence he resorts to continuing to label us all Jansenists and keep using it, like he is in school again or something.....reminds me of nerds in school that tried to make fun of people, the words fell flat and made them  :roll-laugh1: of others, rather sad, really...few here take Rsocoe seriously most of the time....same was wit hRaoul in beginning, though over time he mellowed out and bacome more understandable.....well, until he went off deep end and was banned.....

using  :smoke-pot: does cloud senses and over time, can have lasting damage-ever see those zoned out  :smoke-pot:? they are sorta glassy eyed and out of it.......prayer for him is needed!

in meantime, it is annoying to keep being labelled,sp as it does not fit at all and is falling flat....like a yappy dog you paddle with a newspaper :pop:

Bundy( like Manson) suffered from MPD(DID). This is why he 'could not stop himself'-- he was programmed to kill. It was the same with Manson, who begged authorities not to release him from gaol. Of course Belloc does not believe there is such a thing as MK Ultra

The continued BS of Belloc is evident in the statement that he agrees with INN saying there is 'something very off with roscoe mentally'. INN did not say that.

Re: the conception that I am 'irrational' with respect to MJ. This was only brought up because it is relevant to the Tuscon shootings. Sheriff Mack is trying to say that MJ made him do it when, according to friend he had QUIT 3 yrs ago.

It has been shown that MJ is in fact a Deterrent to MK, not an enabler. JLL is a dead ringer for someone under the spell of MKU.

And why have we not seen the surveillance video's of this event? Why also was there no police protection around a US Congresswoman during a public appearance?

I am beginning to wonder if(like Reagan) Giffords was not even hit. This whole thing smells to HH as a set-up.

You continue to sound very reasonable to me, Roscoe.

And, with respect to individuals who are mind-controlled, perhaps this is an explanation why the death penalty fails to have the deterrent effect it would/should have, were we still living in 'normal' society.

Any tips where to learn about MKU?

Thanks,
J.
