For those of you who do not subscribe to the FE theory, I thought you might enjoy the spectacular view from the ISS.

I know you think you have reinvented the wheel here, and probably believe you have some great piece of proof to show the earth is a ball.

You haven't.

The ISS feed has been posted many times. There are some, like Truth is Eternal, who think the ISS is fake. I do not share this view.

The ISS, I believe, is really up there. But, what it really is, is not what you think it is. It is nothing more than a very high-altitude aircraft. It is even designed in the traditional aircraft shape, as is the Space Shuttle. It's altitude also does not even hit the threshold for what NASA defines as "space" which has been changed many, many times over the past 50 years.

Also, if you watch the feed you will quickly notice (on a less cloudy day) that there are recognizable coastlines and landmasses. This is actually a wonderful proof of the flat earther's argument. Know why? Because the known landmasses and coastlines have KNOWN DISTANCES. Therefore, one quickly can see that the total area the ISS is capable of viewing is only about 500-700 miles.

This is very important. Why?.
.
Because if you look at the "curved" line on the horizon you will immediately SEE that the line, if you were to draw it out to a full 360 degrees, is NOT NEARLY BIG ENOUGH to encompass the entire earth.
.
Therefore, the "curve" you see on their footage is an artifact of their cameras, or the glass window they are shooting through, or some such thing.
.
Also, you will see many balloon footages shot from a similar altitude that are NOT shooting through glass that show NO CURVATURE WHATSOEVER.

The earth is FLAT.

Since you know the ISS is fake, you had no reason to post this.

I don't "know" it is fake, don't put words in my mouth or ascribe motives to me that you have no way of knowing.

The ISS just passed over the equator and sure enough, the green circle is back.

Marlelar! That's how TIE "sees" it, so don't contradict him! He also "sees" that the earth is flat, donchano?.

Every time the camera gets close to showing something interesting they shut it off and put up a view from a camera that's got nothing to see.

These are basically the cutting room floor shots. Stuff that's of no interest.

But it does show the earth's curvature if that's all you want to see.

It passed over Hawaii but never gave us a picture of the islands. Duuuh.
.
Reminds me of an overseas tour I went on where a guy brought a fancy movie camera.  But every time something interesting was going on, he had his camera pointed in some other direction. So nobody wanted to see his "docuмentary" because it missed the whole story.
