The ISS is just about to pass over Hawaii, but it's still night there and the cameras are in transition so we won't be able to see the islands.

If you were watching it, the camera was showing the Pacific Ocean as Hawaii was approaching, but just as soon as the islands were about to come into view, the camera turned off, as usual, and so you couldn't see what you had been waiting for.

Now that Hawaii is out of view, the camera came back on and all you can see is open ocean below.
