I've read an article that Hungary rejected IMF and ran to Russia instead. I know that the IMF binds to the UN, which is contrary to the Church, but is this a sign of the return of and old problem - Russia? Hungary asked for money to reduce the debt for bigger Russian influence in the energy market. Was Russia consecrated properly?

There is still problems of evil in Russia, but then again America has more evil values than anyone.
