    • They need to find out who made sold them that crap, arrest them, and have them flogged publicly and then imprisoned for life. But that's provided it was an average con-artist, which it obviously wasnt. Someone in the government wired somebody $85Million and needed something material to make it look like a legal equipment purchase which they very well knew it wasnt. Whoever it is needs to be punished as I stated.
