  • One might mistakenly think that God is forced to create a soul if a child is conceived out of wedlock. How is that not so though?

  • I don't understand the question. Could you please expound.
Help of Christians, guard our land from assault or inward stain,
Let it be what God has planned, His new Eden where You reign.

  • One might think that God is forced to create another soul if a pregnancy arises out of unlawful use of the marital act. How is it that not the case really, for God wills a child to he born still?

  • The fact is, there is no necessity for any one of us ever having been called into existence at all anyway - even within wedlock, so our creation is not dependent upon either the sins or the sanctity of the parents. Certainly in both cases there are times when a child is conceived as well as not.

God creates whom He will as He wills - no one knows His will in that respect. All we know is that He always brings every single one of us into existence for His greater glory and for our own salvation.

"But Peter and the apostles answering, said: We ought to obey God, rather than men." - Acts 5:29

The Highest Principle in the Church: "We are first of all under obedience to God, and only then under obedience to man" - Fr. Hesse

As someone who was born out of wedlock (this is the norm, not the exception in most of the Catholic Americas), this makes sense.
Remember O most gracious Virgin Mary...
