How to Quickly Turn a Globe-Earther into a Flat-Earther.

    • Have a globe-earther jump on a merry-go-round that is moving at 1,000MPH. Before they jump, tell them not to get hurt and that they are just simulating an airplane landing.

    Suspend an exercise ball over a tall cliff and then have them walk to the underside of the exercise ball. That sure turned them into a flat-earther.

    There are much easier ways to become a flat-earth, but, most :fryingpan: globe earthers take the illogical way out. :jester:

    If you'll notice the "globe" is not painted like a globe on the statue.

    It is not blue with the continents on it. In fact, there are no land masses shown at all.

    It has a line drawn across the center to represent the flat plane of the land, and the arch above to show the divide of the Firmament from the water above and the waters of the Great Deep below.

    This is a dishonest picture of the geocentric, non-flat earth, view.  I believe in geocentricism where the earth is fixed.  I don't really care about the further distinction of if the earth is flat, because it doesn't change anything, practically speaking.
