I really don't think this is the future. Perhaps it could happen in china. But, I don't see the rest of the world doing this. And, I don't think it would be a success in china either. Think about what hacking/virus/computer warfare could do to a system like this. I don't think something like this could withstand computer attacks. And, for that reason, I don't ultimately see too many willing volunteers or happy customers.

The expected system only gets input from your e-mails, text messages, Internet postings and social media (facebook, twitter, etc.).

So then anyone who doesn't use that stuff won't be getting any ratings. Does that mean they won't be able to qualify for a bank loan?

I see the yellow races in China, Japan and India as the biggest threat. While in Europe women are not making children the yellow races easily have over 3 billion people and could easily swamp all of Europe.
