But Clinton says they don't have constitutional rights. Still, admitting they are persons is more than Roe v. Wade was willing to admit.
(BTW, happy feast of the Annunciation, Christ's Incarnation!)
Yes, the Supreme Court making the Roe v. Wade decision presumed from the start that a child in his mother's womb is not a person.
Our entire country is held hostage to the silliness of 9 justices who don't know what a person
is. [/b] They proceeded to legislate (when that's not their purpose) making up the new so-called legalization of abortion. They made it up out of nothing, as if playing God. But they used the excuse that they "discovered" a woman's right to privacy in the Constitution.
I wonder what our founding fathers would have had to say about 60 million children being slaughtered under the pretense that they had intended "a woman's right to privacy" to be the basis for this future genocide.
BTW I saw Hillary on Fox News uttering these words, and she paused and gulped as she said "unborn, (gulp) uh, person..." which makes it look like she was taking a bit of a risk saying that. As much as I abhor seeing her face on the screen, it was at least tolerable for a few seconds that day!
