Please read what realtor on Maui discovered.  The Gov. of Hawaii signed a law suspending the Historic Districts like Lahaina BEFORE the Maui fire--

"What?? Governor of Hawaii Just Passed a LAW Suspending Historic Districts like Lahaina"
