credulous; i.e., overly ready to believe something on the basis of flimsy or inadequate evidence.
I fear that the answer to the revised question, Matto, is that you are being somewhat credulous. I would suggest to you that the only thing left that one can say with any confidence about the present Swampdrainer in Chief, Donald Trump, is that he's not Hillary Clinton. Although this is undoubtedly a major plus, it is no longer possible to say anything else completely positive about him without sounding credulous, visionary, or just plain deluded.
