    • The least everyone should do is:

    1) Switch from the Chrome browser to Brave;

    2) Switch from Gmail to Protonmail.

    3) Turn off all the tracking settings on your phone and computer.

    Everyone can do this.

    And if you want to take it up a level, quit using SMS (text messaging), and switch to an alternative texting platform.  This is more difficult, because whomever you text also needs to use the alternative platform.

    Of course, the nuclear solution is to get rid of cell phones, computers, and smart devices.

    • Use any of the search engines that do not piggy-back on Google (Ecosia, Swisscows, Ahmia, YaCy, et al.) and research who supports and handles Alex Jones.

    Alex Jones is the prime example of an agent of Cognitive Infiltration.  He really is just a "half-conspiracy" theorist who mixes in just enough truth, just enough "revelation of the method," just enough "freeze and thaw" to direct his followers into dead ends and, with his emotional outbursts to give honest conspiracy researchers a bad name.

    Eschew him.
