Who ARE these idiots on the SCOTUS??

Justice Breyer (appointed by Clinton) just claimed on Friday that:

“there were 750 million new cases of Covid-19 in the U.S. on Thursday.”

That’s more than double the entire American population (ie., Every man, woman, child, and infant tested positive twice on Thursday???).
