General Strike on 9/11

I'm almost afraid to ask for a show of hands on this, but I'm going to.  I have a visit with a heart specialist that day, good old 9-11, as my poor doctor continues to search for the cause of all my ailments, but I'm sure I can take out as much time as my strength allows to hit the streets.

How about you guys?  Anyone here have what it takes to put their money where their mouths are?  Watch this and then let us know where you stand.  Fortunately, in this case, silence also speaks.  http://www.strike911.org/

Where I American, I would find much to complain about.  Chiefly, the expansion of Executive powers and the need for better checks and balances.  This is reason enough to Impeach.  I would manifest for that.

I would not however manifest for a new investigation on 9/11 even though there is still some information I would like to see made public.    I don't like the idea of 9/11 as a day for political rallying either.

Bottom line, I would not manifest with this particular group and not manifest at all on that particular day of 9/11 for any cause.

It's international, Vandaler, and I think you can choose what you want to put on your placard.  Why you object to that particular day more than this particular behavior on Bush, Cheney and company's part, I can't imagine.  But thanks for responding and showing your hand.

Your welcome.

Because I think that 9/11 is a day of mourning and reflexion, not of political rallying.
