My friend brought several reproductions of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary to a local frame shop. She intended to give them as gifts to her granddaughter who recently moved into a new house. The proprietor of the store was professional and friendly until my friend took out the pictures. Upon seeing the images, she accused my friend of supporting the sɛҳuąƖ abuse of boys and refused to frame the pictures. My friend called me from the parking lot, all upset.
I advised her to return inside and inform the woman that true Catholics in no way support, rather abhor the revelations of pervert priests and bishops, she personally abhors these sins and has no part in them, and that she will take her business to her competitor on the other side of town. What do you think?
