Well done, Father.

Maybe Fr. Burfitt will start believing in cօռspιʀαcιҽs, including Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ (which he scoffed at several years ago) -- and that Bp. Williamson was right all along.

I was told that Fr. Burfitt, told his parishioners not to approach the communion rail with a mask (that it must be left on the pew and not attached to your face or head) and that they should not be wearing one anyway. Also, that he said it is a mortal sin to take the vaccine.

I think there is fairly widespread dissent within the SSPX on this issue, and find it odd the SSPX would issue a position paper which so many of its members will have difficulty accepting.

Fr. Lang (Germany), Fr. Byrne, Fr. Burfitt, Fr. Webber, and Fr. Robinson are just the tip of the iceberg representing a spectrum of dissenting opinions ranging from “it is never permissible to take the ναccιnє,” to “even if it was permissible under extreme conditions, such conditions do not exist with regard to CÖVÌD19 (or at least, they don’t yet exist”).
