Can someone who is forced to take any one of the COVID vaccines refuse to do so, invoking the Nuremberg Code against medical experimentation?
And not to ask anyone to be a lawyer (who isn't already one), but could a guardian ad litem or a "next friend" (prochein ami) argue on behalf of a minor, on on behalf of someone who is placed under some sort of guardianship or wardship, using the Nuremberg Code as a defense?

The U.S. is a signatory of the Nuremberg Code. If a person refused to take the vaccine and any other medical treatment tested or
not the people that administering the refused treatment becomes War Criminals no different than the nαzι's.
Child 18 years and younger must get the permission from his Parents or Guardians and if the Parents refused vaccination of the child
their wishes must be obeyed if it came from the child.

The Nuremberg Code would imply a world court.
If you live in the US you are under Federal and State Law.
The "Neuremberg Code" is more of an appeal to emotion in public discourse since it brings up images of nαzι horrors but we shouldn't be referring to it in any kind of legal sense.
We should be learning about our own state and federal laws.

You have to take time and actually go through the various pages and scroll all the way down them to research and get the laws that apply to your situation.
And from what I understand a legal guardian would have the same authority as a parent to make those decisions.
There is NO LAWFUL authority for the government, businesses, medical professionals or schools to require ANY medical intervention, including vaccines.
You have the right to NO CONSENT to any medical intervention, including masks, covid testing and vaccines.

What you say should be true.
However the sad reality is that for at least 40 years, children, without their parents' knowledge or consent, have been taken out of schools to obtain abortions. In some instances the children were taken out of state. If the child hemmoraged from the abortion, the parents were at the same time both ignorant of the abortion and responsible for the child. Sad times.
I have no doubt that children will be injected with the experimental genetic program without the parents' knowledge or consent. And since the child is incapable of doing consent, the satanic nanny state is now in charge -- unless parents take their children OUT of public schools.
