    • Great video from David Weiss.



    He uses a 4K drone to film the sun simply fading out and NOT setting or going down as it disappears at "sunset".

    I've seen other videos from FEs which show the sun "setting", appearing to be partially hidden by the horizon, and then they zoom in and it returns to being ABOVE the horizon, demonstrating that the perception that the sun is being cut off by the horizon as it sets is an optical effect.

    • Ridiculous. Anyone who has seen a sunset in reality, and many more, laugh at that pixel-pulp.

    Lad, afford yourself a trip to the Atlantic or the Pacific, to see a real sunrise or sunset.

    • 1) yes, I've seen sunsets (including over the Ocean)
    2) the entire point of this is that there are limits to one's vision that can be overcome to some extent with zoom lenses.

    I've see many things "disppear" when they got too far away because I can only see so far.

    You've clearly got some emotional problems regarding this issue that you have to come to terms with, issues which have you throwing puerile trantrums.
