If he is heretical, it is not obvious. The one thing about him that bothers me is that he is too close to the Novus Ordo. I think he thinks the Novus Ordo sacraments are valid including "anointing of the sick." I don't know what he thinks about the validity of Novus Ordo confirmation. I heard he teaches how to say the Old Mass at a Novus Ordo seminary so I don't think he thinks the Novus Ordo is illegitimate. In the past he has recommended books by Novus Ordo authors, though he also passed out copies of the Dimond Brothers' book about Padre Pio. He said that it is okay to go to Novus Ordo Mass as long as you do not actively participate, but he does not recommend going to the Novus Ordo to fulfill one's Mass obligation. He believes in BOD but he gives the sacraments out to Feeneyites. He is against sedevacantists but he gives sedevacantists the sacraments. He is against the resistance and has spoken out against them in at least two sermons, but I do not know if he gives the sacraments to resistance supporters. I remember him saying there were errors in Vatican II, but he did not go into details and say exactly what those errors were. He also said that the new Mass was never properly promulgated. I made a thread called "My Priest" a while back in which I talked about what Father Robinson said in his sermons, but I could not find it using the search function. You could ask Frances too, because I think Father Robinson was her priest for a while as well.
