"A farmer faces trial in federal court this summer and a $2.8 million fine for failing to get a permit to plow his field and plant wheat in Tehama County.
A lawyer for Duarte Nursery said the case is important because it could set a precedent requiring other farmers to obtain costly, time-consuming permits just to plow their fields."
This folks, is the Jew World Order in sheer desperation. ??? I'm sure the farmer will get off by paying his "permit" retroactively.
But the whole point is that wheat is not exactly a cash crop, 8) and all these costs will be passed along to the guy picking up a loaf of bread... (I don't think it will affect McDonalds as all their "food" is fake plastic trash anyway...
But then again, California has to pay to rebuild the Oroville Dam somehow :P, and it ain't going to be from taxing the lumber industry because all the trees are dying or dead :-[.
Some advice to those still in California: Nevada is right next store, just stay out of Vegas
