    These storms are the result of microwaves desiccating a supersaturated atmosphere and then introducing chemical ice nucleants (by chemtrails) that cause explosive condensation and the huge hailstones that crash through roofs.  Meanwhile, the top of the rising cuмulonimbus is well above the traditional 28,000' or so to almost double, at 50,000'.  This causes huge updrafts or thermals that result in "rain bombs", such as the one that hit Tuscan a few years back.  This is weather warfare, part of the Pentagon's "Full spectrum dominance".
