Ibarra moved to Spain from Colombia in October 2017 and had been in charge of the church in the village of Medina Sidonia, which is home to some 11,000 people, in the southern region of Andalusia.  ...

Shameful!  But if his "penitents" did not know, or had any reason to suspect he was a fake, and if they confessed in good faith, then God's grace covers the sins.  If I knew I had been to this charlatan, however, I'd most certainly go quickly as possible and make a general confession, especially if it were so long ago I couldn't recall the specific sins.  I'm sure many traditional priests have encountered penitents in similar positions.
This is why it's recommended having a regular confessor, but most of us no longer have that luxury.

It's possible that all the Novus Ordo priests are in the same boat, including his bishop.

With the change in all the sacraments, isn't it time to suggest that there may not be any grace at all in the Novus Ordo?
I have heard several moms in the SSPX say that whenever they visit a Novus Ordo parish for a family funeral or wedding that their child (children) will scream and exclaim that Jesus is not present in that church. And these innocent babes were not prompted to say that.
