It was a very compelling video and I believe what he says is substantially true, but I came across this article about him that does not support his credibility:

Well, basically this criticism is based on 1) this person can't find anything out about Bernard's past activities based on internet searching and 2) suspicion because Bernard got popular (lots of hits) very quickly and wasn't banned. Bernard's explanation is that those who operated in the circles he was in did so under extreme anonymity. I find that credible. I am certain that the "faces of evil" that we know and recognize are lower-level operators, and that no one knows the names of the true inner circle at the top of the pyramid. Even the likes of George Soros is nothing more than a lower-level puppet. So I'm neither here nor there on this criticism. In terms of his not having been banned, it's very likely because he did not mention any names. Had he done so, he would definitely have been banned and probably also sued, and he says that since he'd be unable to get evidence or any corroborating testimony, there was no point. And I'm certain that he wouldn't live long if he started to give details about names and places. There's part of me that finds him more credible for there being little trace of his past life or activities anywhere. It's like when law enforcement pick up a suspect about whom they know nothing and they immediately suspect that he has some "deep cover" in the government.
Regardless, the fact that Satanic ritual child abuse and sacrifice is taking place is indisputable. As Bernard himself stated, you don't need him to find out about that kind of stuff, since it's out there. What's interesting about his testimony is his description of the pyramid structure and his description of how he got roped into it. At first it was just about being a business insider who could make lots of money by manipulating the financial system. But after a few of his colleagues in the inner circles got to know him, they tried to initiate him into the child sacrifice stuff, and that's when he backed out, since he just couldn't do it. He talks about how they are all blackmailed and controlled. He talks about how the international central banks control the world's governments. He talks about how the inner circle are all Luciferians/Satanists. Again, nothing new, but this potentially adds some perspective. I posted this link because I found his description of how these people operate to be compelling.
