Wallsall is controlled by the Labour party. They are by no means "respectable authorities". I'm infact surprised they haven't tried this crap in my home Plymouth to destroy my once traditional and working class city even more with this sort of nihilistic shit.

EDIT: My mistake. Turns out Walsall council is a Tory minority administration (although Labour is the largest party, but not enough to form a majority). Yet again the "Conservative" party of the UK aren't conservative at all...
