    • Big Brother has been aiming from way, way back setting the course for a world where only the productive and useful will be granted the privilege to live.
    The weak and useless will be sacrificed for the common good.   Whilst this is not to do directly with organ transplants it sets the stage for giving power to the State over life and death.
