Adoption is always good, my point was to emphasize the value of a family unit the way God intended it to be, biological parents with biological children.  Not that virtue or grace cannot be present in adoption of course it can.  That feeling of longing for knowing her real parents are real and can only be addressed when someone teaches her about God and the Blessed Mother.  It is with Our Lady that she will find comfort and solace.  Alas! Those ordained to  teach and instruct are ... (Take your pick of  reason).

"Teenager is drama queen".

Hardly newsworthy.

Sounds like a typical selfish moaning teenager.  Ask her in a few years when she is head over heels in love with a man.  She's a good looking girl so I am sure she will have plenty of suitors.

.

Regarding the morality of adoption, I must testify that adoption is a GOOD thing.

Now, you might not end up with the same 'hormonal bond' that you would have with a child born naturally, but there is a LOT more to family than hormones.

For every child that is adopted there is AT LEAST one life that would have been either much worse off or else non-existent had there been no adoption.

Regarding the abortion industry, when you start with one error, you're going to get more error in the future.  Error begets more error.  Therefore, when you begin with IVF, don't be surprised when you end up with, "It's better to destroy the unwanted embryos," and, "You see!  Abortion is a good idea."

There is a foul-mouthed radio broadcaster in L.A. whose first business is acting as a lawyer for IVF clients.  Typical of his misotheism are things like, in answer to the morality of abandoning 30 unwanted embryos in order to achieve successful implantation of one of them, he is wont to say things such as, Oh, I have no problem with wasting 30 embryos!  The more the merrier!  Why?  Because it improves the success rate, that's why.  And when the success rate is better, I get paid better!
