    • Dawkins is trained as a biologist/zoologist. He may have some knowledge of philosophy of science but is unlikely to have broad training in philosophy, so can be expected to regularly make errors that those trained in philosophy would avoid. He's at best an amateur philosopher, and well below Feser's level.

    Dawkins does, however, write rather well about the fields he knows.
