    Seems like a program that hasn't been rolled out everywhere as far as I can tell, but there is something to it.

    It makes sense in a way. While I understand many here don't believe vaccines are effective, if the health insurance company does, it's logical for them to provide incentives to doctors to provide a service that will lower the rate of illness among their patients. Fewer sick patients means fewer payouts for the insurer.
