“Safety is the new false god. Instead of Adieu/Adios "go with God", we have "Be safe" as the best blessing you can bestow on someone. And everywhere you have creepy dystopian propaganda posters and recordings played over the P.A. system telling us for the 1000th time how far we should stand apart from each other, how we should behave, what the community goals are ("flatten the curve", "together we can beat the coronavirus"), etc. Seriously, what is up with that? It can't be for information; who needs 5,000 repetitions before they absorb something? Maybe when the "teaching" is actually propaganda/brainwashing”. From Mathew’s post on another thread.
