  • Robert plant is a 33rd degree mason. I would take anything he said with a large grain of salt.

  • When I googled "Robert Plant freemason" this site came up:

    http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/Evils%20in%20America/devils_music.htm

This is a Prot site. It has a lot of info about rock musicians, a lot of which I can't disagree with. Rock music lyrics are almost always immoral but even when they aren't, the rhythms themselves of the songs suggest sɛҳuąƖity and aggression. With Latin music like salsa, mambo, samba, merengue, etc. the sensuality is certainly present but without the undercurrent of violence and rage that I hear in rock music. Since I have had trouble with violent urges in the past I find rock music of any kind to be especially troubling and I avoid it completely.

I didn't have much rock music in my CD collection to begin with, and I had been thinking about getting rid of it for some time, when three years ago in the first week of Lent my apartment was burglarized and a lot of my CD's were stolen. I noticed that the thieves didn't touch any of my classical music collection; I took this as a sign that I was to give up pop music altogether and so I threw out the few remaining rock CD's that the burglars had left. They also took a bunch of DVD's. I had had only "classics" from the 30's, 40's, and 50's in my collection but I realized that even most of them had immoral or subtly anti-Christian themes so I got rid of the rest of them, too.

  • Having said all of the above, I firmly believe that Led Zeppelin members Plant and Page were the most obviously Satanic of all the 70's rock musicians. Both were members of the Ordo Templi Orientis, which has its own associations with Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ and with Scientology as well.

Here's an interesting article on Aleister Crowley and Led Zeppelin I just ran across:

    http://www.zimbio.com/Aleister+Crowley/articles/12/ALEISTER+CROWLEY+MOST+WICKED+MAN+EVER+LIVED

Crowley claims that he had lived other lives, including that of Pope Alexander VI.

Just as the Devil knows Scripture, his minions are conversant in Church History!

  • One has to be careful with quotes attributed to Beatles as they are very often either innaccurate or sarcastic. At any rate, the early Beatles have no connection to Crowley. John's do what though will quote at least contains the proviso-- as long as no one else is hurt.

Crowley also has quite a bit to do with the Bond movies--I think Fleming was in the OTO as well.

R Plant's small child died in the 70's. It was probably the result of a sacrifice ritual.

I do not care for 'latin' music at all and cannot figure out how it got a name affiliated with western civilisation. The beats and rhythms are very african -- just a bunch of noise.

It is very sad to hear gullible fools fall for the myth that Cardinal Rampolla was OTO. Is there no limit to the things people believe? Another example would be those who accept the v2 anti-popes as Popes.

    Here's some interesting info.

".....One of the top songs of the 70's was "Hotel California" by the Eagles. Most people have no idea the song refers to the Church of Satan, which happens to be located in a converted HOTEL on CALIFORNIA street! Some of the lyrics: "And in the master's chambers, They are gathered for the feast, They stab it with their steely knives, but they just can't kill the beast." Inside the album, looking down on the festivities, is none other than Anton Lavey, the founder of the Church of Satan and author of the Satanic Bible! The Eagles manager, Larry Salter, admitted in the Waco Tribune-Herald, (Feb. 28, 1982) that the Eagles were involved with the Church of Satan! Not surprisingly, one of the Eagles's songs is titled "Have A Good Day in Hell."{ and of corse... album title Hell frezze Over}..."

"On the inside cover of the album you will see a party scene. Towards the top of the picture there are 3 windows; Lavey is in the middle window. "

"I've also heard it played backwards, and it DOES say, "Satan organized his own religion". At one point the singer asks for wine. The response he gets is, "We haven't had that spirit here since 1969". Wine is a symbol of the blood of Christ; 1969 was the year the satanic bible was released."

Yes I agree with this.  Some of you need to be careful about believing what any popular musician says about their music.  Many lyrics are written to be taken a couple different ways, and the backwards lyrics are a sign of demon possession.

  • I always thought it was about heroin or something...
All I listen to are Irish bands from the 60's anyway. So I don't know much about popular music, might be wrong.
