A NY judge who is a registered Democrat was forced to resign from the bench with an agreement that he will never seek nor accept an appointment to any court for the rest of his life after posting a picture of a MAGA hat along with a noose, using the caption,
“If we want to make America great again we will have to make evil people fear punishment again.” Critics say that Judge Kyle R. Canning’s posting
“conveyed racial and/or political bias.” Commission Administrator Robert H. Tembeckjian said :
“The noose is an incendiary image with repugnant racial connotations. It is the very antithesis of law and justice. For a judge to use the image of the noose in making a political point undermines the integrity of the judiciary and public confidence in the courts.”READ MORE HERE Share this:
