A young man with Down Syndrome was badly injured after being attacked and beaten by the Miami-Dade Police.
His family called it a “shocking” and “unnecessary attack.”

Police said that they thought there was a weapon in the man’s pants. It turns out it was his colostomy bag. How did the officer who beat Gilberto Powel, 22, to a pulp respond after he found out? He just asked how he was supposed to know,
"I’m not a doctor!”

In America the "War on the People" gets worse every day. How long will it take the People to fully understand that we are indeed under attack by what is supposed to be our government? It is no longer a government, much less ours. They are posing as a government, but they are really just a corporation with their own interests. Only the People can decide when enough is enough.

“The family is very upset and really shocked, to be honest” said attorney Philip Gold. “They can’t believe that this could have happened, let alone to their their son who is an innocent, sweet individual with Down syndrome.

The report said officers spotted a bulge in Powell’s waist band. They told him to stop so they could pat him down, but this didn’t make any sense to Powell, who was afraid and took off running.

The officers then chased and tackled him to the ground, bashing his forehead and delivering blow after blow of their own until he was subdued, and they found out they had beaten him over his having to wear a colostomy bag.

“The Miami-Dade Police Department continues to investigate the incident involving Mr. Gilberto Powell” a statement from the department read. “The integrity of the investigation and successful resolution of this case continues to remain our highest priority. As a result, the investigation remains active and ongoing, therefore, we cannot provide additional information at this time.”

Powell and other witnesses claim that police body slammed him to the ground. To add further injury, Powell’s colostomy bag was “ripped right off his body.” This is another example of a psycho-bully who is wearing a badge.

Police are being systematically trained for implementation of NWO. Us vs. Them, "Officer Safety," etc. are ingrained into them in training, and throughout their careers. The "War on Drugs" has been a guise for getting them accustomed to running roughshod over people. Now they're broadening that approach beyond the drug dens.

Also, a sense of "we're better" and entitlement are being ingrained into cops & military. Scary days.

Some of you would do the same thing. After all, how many of you ridiculed me without shame for having a disability? This forum is full of pharisees who ignore the first and second commandments of the new law. People think all they need to know is doctrine off by heart, but that is wrong, because you need to love the faith, and you love the faith by loving your neighbour.

I don't know whether or not your piss-poor musings are the result of whatever "disability" you incessantly refer to. But as far as specifically attacking a "disability" or you for having a "disability," I have never done so. But I will continue to attack your postings when warranted. I'm sick & tired of "disability," "minority," "sɛҳuąƖ orientation," etc. liberal bs being grounds for preferential treatment, and you damn sure won't get any from me!

I came very close to having a similar experience.

My story never got in the news, though. If I had been physically assaulted like Gilberto Powell was, I can assure you I would have taken the police to court and sued them for all they are worth. Powell should, too.

He was brutally beaten and for NO GOOD REASON. How is a mentally disabled person supposed to know not to run away so as to protect himself? The aggressive and insulting ATTITUDE of these thugs and hit-men is the problem, not the disability of the poor victim they attacked.

If Powell's family doesn't seek punitive damages for this outrage, there is something really sick going on.

What if a KKK member wearing a white sheet attacked a black man with Downs Syndrome for having a bulge that turned out to be a colostomy bag? Discrimination!

What if a security guard wearing a badge attacked a Jєω with Downs who had a bulge that turned out to be a colostomy bag? Anti-Semitism!

I have seen multiple examples of regular White guys getting traffic tickets for miniscule things - straddling lanes, not going FAST ENOUGH on a road with multiple lanes (plenty of room for cars to pass), failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign -- but when an illegal alien with no driver's license does the same thing, they don't even pull him over.

It's as though the liberals go for the ad-hominem attack as though that's all that matters. No wonder they're so hair trigger about discrimination or "race profiling." That's how they think themselves.

A person with Downs Syndrome is easily identifiable by any layman. You don't need to be a medico to recognise the particular facial features, which are so innocent and endearing, as well as body shape usually, to know this person suffers a disablitiy. This is absolutely appalling! No words can describe the evil practised by these thugs.
