No, Not enough Catholics to have a procession in the middle of a work/school day. It’d have to be planned with permits, safety requirements, port-a-johns, water, police on duty, etc.You could have one on church property if there are no crowds, confined to immediate church property.  I have been to one around the outside of the church, then right back indoors.

I watched Mass online, but there were no chapel or community processions. It was just a normal Thursday.
