Keep in mind as you read this -- millions of Americans watched this movie at home in the opening days of lockdown back in early 2020. This probably framed their whole reaction to the "COVID pandemic". Once a person decides how he's going to react, most people stay the course. Very few will stop and do a full 180, admitting they were wrong.

They show us all the surfaces and items they touched. Scary! Oh no!
Yes, they were spreading the disease, but they were SICK, not asymptomatic.
At first, man with British accent is supposed to be ALTERNATIVE MEDIA, but is portrayed a bit kooky.
He claims it's mercury in the fish that caused the man on the video to die. Classic portrayal of
alternative media as kooky conspiracy theorists who doesn't make sense or match evidence. Basically
they're just crazy -- the audience is led to that logical and inevitable conclusion.
One of the main characters wife dies, and then his son, of a mysterious new illness. Very tragic, sad
portrayal on screen.
NOTE: (SPOILER ALERT) the whole contagion happened by mixing pig and bat viruses --
some oriental chef (CHINESE?) who didn't wash his hands was responsible.

suggesting that is the most common.
Media says 2.5 million dead. They dug mass graves, remember. They ran out of body bags.
Contrast that with COVID:
4,873,805 dead, as of October 15, 2021. Almost twice as many! Now it's true they refuse to "reset the
counter", even after a full year, but still.
How can so many people die and we barely notice anything out there in the real world?
The real-world effects have been the SAME as if they took all normal, regular deaths and relabled them
COVID.
There have been no mass graves of course, but the funeral homes haven't even been above-average busy!
I haven't seen any funeral processions, I don't hear ambulances all the time, no body cart going down my
street every day, "Bring out your dead!"

Thus begins the rest of the movie, where the vaccine is repeatedly treated as
GOLD, VALUABLE, THE CURE, THE SAVIOR, THE DESIRED, etc.
Too many "incidents" to list. It really gets beat into the viewer's brain.

His only comeback, "Who ran the studies?"
It is certainly suggested here that Mr. alt-news is in-the-wrong here. He also starts to be portrayed
increasingly as a bad guy: in this scene, he ADMITS that certain people and companies have always
profited off pandemics in the past, so it's not remarkable that he's trying to do the same thing.
He threatens to tell people not to take the shot. He even says, "Maybe they'd rather just roll the dice
with Forsythia." It is suggested that HE doesn't believe in Forsythia either; he's just trying to make
a buck.
So people were EXPECTING naysayers to caution about long-term side effects, but people probably
were programmed to parrot the MSM reasoning, "We don't have time for long studies; people are dying."
At the end of the scene, he's arrested.

Best part of the movie is at the end --
A) it was the main character's wife committing adultery that caused the worldwide plague
B) it was that same woman's company clearing land that disturbed the bat in the first place,
causing him to eventually drop the food (or poop?) above the pig sty
But the movie makes it clear: there was no Wuhan lab doing gain-of-function research. No Fauci being
involved with said conspiracy. Everything and everyone were completely honest and above-board. Except
Mr. alt-news, who was COMPLETELY not to be trusted, and a total mercenary jerk.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
Note that people WERE clamoring for the vaccine, because in the movie A) the disease was real,
B) the vaccine actually granted immunity to the disease, and C) there were no major side effects.
There were no vaccine mandates in the movie, because the pandemic was real and the vaccine was
the solution.
Why do they have to FORCE US to take the vaccine with the COVID pandemic? Either the pandemic isn't
real enough, and/or the vaccine doesn't seem like a good risk vs. the reward it offers. It isn't
logical that over 1/2 the population would be "irrational and unreasonable". Just for starters,
almost everyone wants to live. The desire to stay alive and healthy is a selfish, primal need. A few
saints might be able to override this desire for the sake of a higher good (charity towards the sick, to
nurse patients during a plague) but not 1/2 the population. If this vaccine offered life (immunity),
and the risk of death were real, the demand for the vaccine would be exactly what was portrayed in
this movie.
