Now imagine a smoky room filled with Them, the Elite who control the world. Imagine the discussion that must have taken place:

"I got it. We have the Americans elect *chortle*.... come on guys, let me finish! We have the Americans elect an obvious Muslim whose name is basically a combination of the two most hated men in the past 5 years. How about Barack Hussein Obama?"

"Get outta here. That will never work!"

"How much you wanna bet? Let's make a friendly wager. $5 million dollars double or nothing, that we get a man named after the two biggest recent boogeymen into the White House."
