I disagree. Here's why. While "control" is an important goal for the ѕуηαgσgυє of Satan, "depopulation" is an even more important goal for them.
Perpetual war (cινιℓ ωαr included), famine (crashed economy), plagues (lousy health care "system"), perversion, abortion—whatever it takes to depopulate the planet. "Success" in their goal of depopulation simultaneously serves their goal of control because 1/2 billion survivors are far easier to control than 7 billion people.
