UFO sighting in Texas? Keller resident records mysterious 'cigar-shaped' object in the sky

    Julian Gill, Houston Chronicle
    Nov. 29, 2018 Updated: Nov. 29, 2018 4:11 p.m.

At first, the white object in the sky looked like a cloud. A weather balloon, perhaps ?  ...

"It was the oddest thing I've ever seen," the unidentified witness said, according to their report to Texas UFOs, a website that tracks mysterious UFO sightings throughout the state. "I watched it for about 20 minutes. It didn't move. I don't think I've ever seen anything in the sky stay that still before, not even for a few seconds, let alone 20 minutes."

Several people commented on the YouTube video guessing it could be a blimp. However, a Texas UFOs administrator said they couldn't find any information the Goodyear blimp was scheduled to be in Keller on Nov. 18, the day of the sighting.   ...

    Comments:

    Could this be

    1. a USAF secret craft?

    2. an overactive imagination?

    3. a trick of the camera?

    4. a demonic hoax

    What do you think?

    Lord have mercy.

  • I'm inclined to believe UFO's and crop circles are demonic.  They're just too creepy...I mean, aliens?  Really?!

98% of UFO activity is military.  Rather than being the ones to cover up Roswell, it was the military who deliberately floated the alien story and then pretended to be covering it up ... using the UFO narrative as coverup for U.S. military testing.  Area 51 just so happens to be a secret U.S. military installation, and people just happen to see UFOs there all the time.  hmmm

  • It is not abnormal to see aircraircraft that can sit still in the air for a good stretch of time. I've seen comercial carriers seem suspended in the air as they wait for their turn to land. Maybe only the newer ones do this. My dad has seen these plenty of times as well, and I thought such a thing would seem normal to folks by now. As for being cigar shaped, no ideas there.

    Do clouds smoke?

When I think about it, I may have seen this thing too earlier in the month, but it was early in the morning and on my way to Houston. It was indeed odd as the shape was different and it seemed to be sitting still, but because I was driving and on a winding road I brushed it off as any ol' plain.  I'm a Texan by the way.
