Is there no other reliable sources for your references than CathInfo. Everything you have quoted is taken straight from the Anne Catherine Emmerich thread. Don't you have an original reference? The St Ephraim one is from an name changing Christ hater, Paul de la Garde. Can't we have the quote straight from the Church Father?
Did you miss this part?
"My view on the curse is only that the Church allows this interpretation." Do you dispute this?
I don't deny that this teaching has been condemned by the Congregation of the Index in 1864. .....
No, I didn't miss it. The Church, as far as I know, has only opposed this view, and never sanctioned it. Moreover the Gospel makes it clear that, in the New Covenant, there is no distinction between different nationalities and races.
I can't quote where the Church has condemned such thinking, (maybe someone better informed than I can do so) but Scripture does.
Where there is neither Gentile nor Jєω, circuмcision nor uncircuмcision, Barbarian nor Scythian, bond nor free. But Christ is all, and in all. (Col 3:11)
