Here in south Texas, it is 38 degrees, and "feels like 28" according to Weather.com

But guess what? The normal for this time of year is a high of 79 and a low of 55.

So we're having 40 degrees below normal today!

But it gets better!  One year ago today, 4/7/06, we set a record here with a high of 99!

So 99 degrees for a high one year, and today's high (same time, same place) will be 40...only one year later!

I don't think this is good-old-fashioned God's weather -- I think man is interfering in something he doesn't understand -- even if he is clever enough to come up with Tesla-inspired high energy weapons to mess with the Earth's ionosphere.

Indeed, I have done much reading on this topic, an expansion on Tesla's technology, indeed there are strange goings on in Texas so my brother informs me, I believe that they are testing it there.
