No I think it would be totally wrong for the Government to be able to force the public to be vaccinated. I feel it is totally upto the individual as to whether they are vaccinated  or not, and upto parents as to whether or not to vaccinate their children. Many vaccinations contain Mercury, Aluminium and Formaldehyde. From things I have seen Aluminium has been strongly related to SIDS, and there are many cases where children have had medical problems after vaccination.
I also feel that what I heard the government was doing this year in stopping the childcare rebate and the family tax benefit part A supplement to people that did not want to vaccinate their children through care for their childs wellbeing is totally wrong.To me this appears to border on blackmail, Australian taxpaying citizens that are in that sort of financial situation have always been entitled that help and now the government wants to take it away if we dont put our children at risk. If they offered some kind of reward, bonus or something like that for those who did it fine. But to say if you dont do this you lose something you have been entitled to, is wrong in that respect.
When my own son was born we decided not to vaccinate, at the age of nine he trod on a rusty nail and we decided to get him a tetanus shot. Upon doing so we found out it meant he had to have other vaccines aswell. We decided to allow it at the time. He now has a permanent goose bump type rash on both his shoulders which the doctor confirms is from the vaccines. Well lucky this reaction was only minor. But what if it was not. How would you ever compensate a parent for the death or permanent suffering of their child due to the government wanting to dictate what they do. Money can not meet this.
Beside the fact that to force people to vaccinate is totally against the Australian way of freedom of choice. The Australian Government is voted in by the Australian people and paid by the Australian people through taxes, and is meant to work for the Australian people not dictate at them.

It is unconstitutional to forcibly detain, to force any medical procedure on a citizen against their will, or to punish a citizen by detaining them for refusing a medical procedure. Not only would this legislation impede the rights of the citizens of the United States, but it would very likely cause many people to be detained for ailments that are not a significant threat, such as a skin condition or a common cold. I strongly oppose any such legislation, and I will oppose any legislator who supports it.

I am against this proposed rule. It would give the CDC totalitarian, unconstitutional, unchecked, unprecedented powers, self-described as "police powers." The CDC, like many other agencies now, has been corrupted by corporate interests and is not working - at least at the top levels - in the best interests of the public.

The new "rule" will allow health officials to treat people -- without an examination -- with a medical treatment (vaccination or otherwise) that carries with it the risk of serious injury and death.

The new "rule" would give CDC unfettered power to add or delete any diseases that fit their criteria. I oppose such vague criteria.

Giving the CDC military-like of powers is exactly what was done by the government in nαzι Germany. Any forced medical treatments, on any pretext, is a violation of human rights and the Nuremburg Code.

The CDC is attempting to radically change their definition of what constitutes an "ill" person by including a wide range of vague symptoms such as an ill appearance that may be assessed by officials without medical training. I oppose this nebulous definition.

Simply being identified as "at risk" of exposure makes one classifiable as having a "pre-communicable disease," which can thereby result in one's forced apprehension, quarantine and vaccination. I am firmly against this.
