Mrs. Bonaventure was going through the latest issue last night and was surprised to hear this news.  

I didn't read it cover-to-cover, and in my opinion it did change after Vennari's death, but every edition had an article or two that I enjoyed reading.  If anything, the many reprints of excerpts from papal encyclicals was itself worth the price of the subscription. 

I'll miss it.
