Kissing Cousins, Staged Elections and the False Left-Right Paradigm

We are quickly approaching another midterm election year wherein active voters will head to the polls and wonder whether they still have the power to affect a positive change into American reality. The odds are stacked against us, simply because the GOP owns, controls, and distributes the no paper-unverifiable easily manipulated electronic voting machines, we use to determine elections. If you believe in our one vote one person electoral system then you absolutely must demand that the election system be made review able and accountable with a paper trail for voter verification. We are in danger of losing all hope if we do not step up soon to change the direction of this country. America is losing her allies one by one as world opinion shifts. We must get the Decider-in-Chief lackeys out of office this election cycle as this may well be our last chance to remove some of the Neo-con Hawks bent on furthering escalations in the Middle East into what would be the third Crusader war, a battle for world dominance and the control of the last remaining resources of the planet.

America realizes now that the Bush administration is trying to lead America down the road of global conquest and eventual control of the world as stated in their Project for the New American Century docuмent called "Rebuilding America's Defenses"; if we continue to go the PNAC way, we will find our country immersed in multiple wars and too weak to offset those who really mean us harm. This docuмent spells out their plan clearly - 9/11 was their spark, their call for a new Pearl Harbor to instigate this plan of global dominance and perpetual war. Written in 2000, they noted that "the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event -- like a new Pearl Harbor."

Even Lou Dobbs from CNN, propaganda central, knows Bush cares nothing for America and has reported numerously on how Bush and globalist friends desire to bring us into a North American Union by surrendering America's national sovereignty. It doesn't matter whether you believe Bush is a globalist who supports the nєω ωσrℓ∂ σr∂єr, one world government or not, the fact is that we are being forced into a Pan-American Union. So what to do to stop the globalists bent on destroying America? The real question remains - Who do we vote into Congress here in this country, that could bring down the Bush House of cards and affect true and positive change for all of the citizens of this nation, and maybe restore our connections, good will with the rest of the world? This is the greatest dilemma facing American voters, besides the no-paper-trail-easily rigged electronic voting machines. Who can we trust? We can't trust the Republicans. They are proving themselves to be nothing more than Bush Administration lapdogs, willing to pass any piece of legislation, no matter how corrupt and offensive, just to hold the party line. We can't trust the Democrats either, as they are nothing more than spineless, indecisive suck-ups that can't even work together to oppose the greatest threat to our fragile democracy, George W. Bush. Outside of Russ Feingold and maybe a few others, Democrats aren't even doing the job they ran for, namely upholding congressional powers to maintain the checks and balances intended by our founding fathers when they established a government of 3 equal branches necessary to preserve the Republic.

Nancy Peℓσѕι, who would be Speaker of the House if Democrats take over in November, all but ruled out launching impeachment hearings against President Bush, citing on NBC's "Meet the Press" hosted by Tim Russert: "Democrats are not about impeachment - Democrats are about bringing the country together." Asked about Conyers' repeated calls for an impeachment investigation, Peℓσѕι said, "I am the leader. Our caucus will decide where we're going," she declared. "I don't see us going to a place of impeachment."

Since the Republicans and the Democrats obviously can't or are unwilling to do their jobs, what shall we do when it is clear that Bush considers himself above the law as Commander-in-Chief and the maybe soon Speaker of the House Democratic leader, Nancy Peℓσѕι won't do her job to investigate the corruption of the current GOP Congress? With both parties having failed us, where do we as a nation wanting to end the war in Iraq and avoid a war with Iran, place our vote when both the Democrats and the Republicans are pro-the never ending war on terror and pro-stay the course?

We should use this opportunity as a nation to vote in Independents, giving power to a 3rd party which both the Democrats and Republicans then would have to work with to get legislation passed. We don't have to control either of the larger parties, we just have to give enough control to 3rd parties to be able to swing the votes of either party. Voting Independents into power that - 1.) truly wish to represent the wishes of the people 2.) will stand up in truth and sincerity against the injustice of the preemption policy and illegal wars 3.) will go the full measure to impeach Bush and company, and 4.) has no lobby ties and is in no way controlled by corporations or the rich; we may just be able to take back this country from the Neo-Cons who hijacked the elections of 2000 and 2004.

In this way the will of the people will be injected back into the legislative process and perhaps the people can again have a voice and a way to restore integrity to Congress, affecting a positive change for the whole world. The closely watched Connecticut Senatorial race is a sign of how America feels about the Bush Administration, run-away Republican corruption, and Incuмbent Democratic support for White House policies. It is clear that America is ready to clean house in the political arena. We realize our nation and security are in trouble because of the incompetence of the Bush presidency. He has made over 750 different signing statements declaring his authority to ignore any law he chooses and to interpret it any way he wants. With his careless disregard for our own Constitution and Bill of Rights, the American people are everyday waking up more and more into what anyone would recognize as a Fascist police state, where laws are decided and declared by those who consider themselves above the reach of the laws they make.

Unless you know that the past 2 Presidential elections have already been hijacked and that it is likely that the next presidential election and even these mid-term elections probably will too, you will feel powerless in using your voting privilege to challenge the obviously corrupt way elections are being handled. We must at least vote to know that our vote doesn't matter so that in knowing it doesn't matter, we as the people realize what must be done to correct the deficiencies. Another powerful force that the average American must contest is the lobby system in Washington. Powerful lobby groups are used to giving gifts to politicians who being used to receiving them always seem to posture themselves to implement the wishes of lobbying ties. With the Abramoff scandal unraveling in a federal court in Washington, now is the perfect time to demand lobbying reform. We cannot compete against big business interests which has hundreds of full-time lobbyist to court each member of Congress, White House, and all other governmental agencies.

Now I will make you aware of how phony the left-right, Democratic-Republican, 2 party system which has dominated American politics for 200 hundred years is. To prove the point I just made, take into account the 2004 election between Kerry and Bush. Do you know that Bush and Kerry are cousins of Hugh Hefner. Is it any wonder looking back now that Kerry came out and conceded to his cousin Bush just to stop the recount in Ohio even though he would have easily won the race.

This may very well be our last chance to use our power to redirect the focus and policies of our country.
