  • During the moment of silence on 9/11, he does it again!

And below is the LAST time he did it.

  • I wouldn't worry about it, Chant. It's an inverted goat's head!

  • You clearly never visited people's online photo albums at random have you.  There is countless people using this sign with no hidden message behind it.

It's just a salute. While it may have some symbol behind it, you can't prove intent just by looking at a picture.

Just search on the keyword "party" on places like photobucket. (if you can stand the tasteless pictures) and you will see what I mean.

Think these guys lay a big meaning behind their hand signs?

  • I agree your average beer drunken fool at a party I would think to be an idiot. But, as a member of the Skull and Bones society of Yale, and as someone who is the head of a country that kills thousands of unborn children everyday, and was built not on the teachings of Christ as King and as a president who has led us into an unjust war which is really just a fufilling of the plans laid by the Freemason Albert Pike over a hundred years ago, then Chant odd are you're correct again buddy and it is a satanic symbol

  • Exactly. These pictures weren't taken at a frat party. Bush is dead serious about what he's after.

He is insane, living in his own little world. He believes, like Amhadinejad allegedly does, that God has placed him in power at a key moment in world history -- to do something that ONLY HE can do.

In Bush's case, it's to nuke Iran. Bush believes that only he has the guts to do it. Even though all those in the military advise against it, because of what will happen as a result...

  • You could always speculate.  As long you remember that you have been wrong from time to time.
I do not know what he may or may not mean by it.

  • One think I can state with certainty, that the sign that he is making--if indeed he is--is also well known here in Texas as the sign University of Texas students and alumumnis use for their motto: "Hook 'em horns!" By this, UT people are making a sign like that of our natural breed of cattle--the Longhorn. So please, cut the guy some slack and focus on the positive things in life and not every bit of conspiracy that might possibly lurk in most likely meaningless things.

  • He might just have had an itch in his palm.

Some trads will find something sinister in anything!

Can we be sure he was consciously, deliberately, making that sign?

In the top picture, it's not so pronounced as in the second one anyway.

I wouldn't have noticed it at all, if it hadn't been pointed out here.

Now I'll be studying every photo I see!

    Clare.

I doubt he meant anything by it. He wasn't holding his hand up making the gesture. His hand was casually resting by his side.

Those two fingers are longer than the others. Maybe he was fiddling with his cuff!

Hi, your quote unfortunately invite more pictures of the same as "evidence".  But it all comes down to the same thing, a symbol only as value to the one that uses it.

Unfortunately, it's so utterly irrelevant that no one simply will ask him why he makes that gesture, and what it means to him.  Until then, it's just idle speculation.

  • So he's either using a satanic symbol, or grossly foolish and socially retarded.

You don't slobber "hook 'em horns!" like a pimple-faced college student when you're having a dignified photo taken with British royalty (or many of the other pictures we have of Bush discreetly making this sign)

I'm not talking about situations where he may have made the "longhorns" sign during a celebration at his inauguration -- I'm talking about important photo ops with fellow "powers that be" where he makes this sign subtly.

Vandaler -- did Bush even attend University of Texas? I thought he went to Yale.

    Matthew

In the article I posted, it's his daughter Jenna who makes the sign. She did attend the University of Texas in Austin. and the context was appropriate for her to behave in that way.

For Bush himself, as former Governor of Texas, former owner of a professional sport team in Texas, and with his own daughter having attended UT, it's inconceivable to me that he would not be familiar with that sign.

On a personal note, I would remark that my own father would have a certain similar involuntary movement of the hand in socially awkward moments.  I don't advance this as my theory, but it's not impossible either.

  • What Bush thinks or does not think who would know? The man is insane. However, Chant you are correct that these Skull and Bones/Masons have universal hand signals. Did anyone see The Good Shepard with Matt Damon. It was a revelation of the method movie that admits the things we all already know (though some choose to ignore).
What is important to remember is that Matthew may not be wrong on some things, they simply did not occur because of the prayers of many not because there is no such thing as a Masonic conspiracy to rule the world and overthrow the Church. Previous Pontiffs wrote copiously on them in numerous papers and encyclicals. Course I realize Novus Ordo people realize they were simply not enlightened and lived in the dark ages. That is o.k. I will stay there myself.
