Social Compliance Officer Summary:
Conducts access control assessments of employee, visitor and or customer at entry points in work environments to determine if compliance, life safety and health requirements are being met. Has familiarity with, security controls, life safety, health screening concepts, customer service and social distancing practices, and procedures. Performs a variety of tasks related to access control screening, health screening, visitor/vendor access and life safety inspections. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Social Compliance Officer Qualifications:
Must submit to any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
Must have CPR/AED/FA certification
Type and Length of Specific Experience Required
Have one or more of the following
Military Service in the active duty military, military reserve or National Guard
Retired Law Enforcement
Service in auxiliary police or cadets
Healthcare experience
Meaningful and verifiable work history
Security: Minimum of three year verifiable and successful security experience
While not required, one or more of the following qualifications are a plus!
Prior security experience in a healthcare environment
Six (6) months or more experience involving direct customer interaction
De-Escalation Skills
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Effective oral and written communication skills
Active listening skills
Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
Attention to detail
Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.
Social Compliance Officer Pay & Benefits:
$23-$25 per hour

Social Compliance Officer Responsibilities:
Conduct temperature screening following client’s site access procedure
Assist in following CDC Guidelines of Social Distancing
Utilize antiseptic material to wipe down work services and high volume touch points.
Conduct Safety Checks - Ability to follow established safety policy and procedures and identifies and corrects conditions that affect safety in the workplace.
Social Compliance Officers will be provided with the required personal protective equipment to conduct temperature screening and training on the screening process; experience in healthcare settings is helpful but not required.
Follow all requirements related to personal protective equipment, cleaning and distancing
Access Control Monitoring as needed.
Enforcing occupancy restrictions and guidelines as needed
Maintaining social distancing as needed
Conduct Temperature Screening according to client policies and procedures
Report/communicate temperature results as needed and or required
Escalation of issues and or incidents to supervisor/client management
Maintain required certifications, licensing and training to achieve professional competency as appropriate for the position
Complete required shift logs and reports; compliance with site post orders and client policies and procedures
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
Sound alarms or call Fire Department, Emergency Medical Services, and Police Department in case of fire, medical emergency or presence of unauthorized persons
Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
