BREAKING: ASSISTED ѕυιcιdє BILL DEFEATED IN UK!

"MPs have voted against assisted ѕυιcιdє by 286 votes to 270"

I thanked the Lord for this.
It seemed so difficult to stop UK going down this dark path.
I mean:
Canada: Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID)
Australia: Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD)
New Zealand: Assisted Dying

I sadly thought to see the same happening in UK, the leader country.
Will things change in those three countries now? It would be great!

 That was a close vote, and I am glad for you. 
Well, an old-time acquaintance is dying , 71 years old, and was telling me he would choose MAID. He is a small "c" catholic. In Canada, it is a run-away train in popularity. "Doctors" are suggesting this to patients, increasingly the norm for pain management. .... Different groups are even calling for more: ie young children, but the law prevents anyone under 18 to apply. March 2027 things might change. A new term for me: mature minors - under 18 but make medical decisions.
God have mercy.

Thank God enough MPs here in UK have a functioning conscience. I have heard the situation in Canada with MAID is very bad. People being coerced into it and not just the elderly….
