  • I learned a little more about Bp Williamson's Case on you tube.

Here is a different perspective in handling his case or any case, in North America and Europe.

Every man and woman have the legal right to a Common Law Court. You simply have to know "who you are" and how to represent "who you are" and demand Common Law Jurisdiction.

As unusual as this sounds the courts need to know that you are a human being not a "person".

When you hire a lawyer you have to go by their "laws" which most if not all are "illegal". Lawyers are officers of the court. With a lawyer you can never enter court with your unalienable rights in tact. Most likely they will  lien you. Many pay for this lien in jail.

I highly suggest Bp Williamson turn the tables, fire his lawyer, attain a lay adviser ( and demand Common Law jurisdiction.

    Has he considered this?

Here is a lay adviser, Raymond St. Claire, aiding others in this matter. Notice the court is never about the actual claim (because the claim is lawful not legal). Raymond St. Claire is in England and I am wondering if Bp Williamson would be able to attain his help or someone in the organization. Freedom Rebels. www.freedomrebels.co.uk.

    Watch how it works.

Here is an explanation as to why this is possible.

And remember All Crime is Commercial 72.11 CFR. The Bishop's issue does apply.

Here is a regular Joe representing himself. They try to get tough, but watch how he responds.

I tried to watch this one, but it seems to be the same as the video below it. Can you try that link again?

Your right I messed up. Here is why this works.

Bp Williamson the "human being" is not on trial.

BP WILLIAMSON the "person" is on trial. A "person" is a corporation. His mother signed him up as a corporation when she filled out his birth certificate and sent it in to the government, or he signed himself up when he applied for a Social Security Card.

Bp Williamson must "get on the record" that he is a human being.

A lawyer will not and can not do this for him.

This is the only way I see an out for him.

    Thanks for responding
