Family friends of Jeffrey Younger, a Texas man trying to prevent his ex-wife from turning his 6-year-old son into a girl, have launched a website dedicated to helping him in his fight.
Anne Georgulas, who is currently in a custody battle for her twin sons with Younger, dresses their son James in girl’s clothes and calls him “Luna” when he is with her. She also enrolled him in “social transitioning” therapy to prepare him for chemical castration to become a girl when he turns 8.
The website Save James (http://savejames.com/) was launched in order to help Younger in his legal battle. The site features a blog (http://savejames.com/blog/), provides a timeline (http://savejames.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Save_James_Dossier-2.pdf), court docuмents (http://savejames.com/court-docuмents/), prayers (http://savejames.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Prayers-for-James-and-Jude.pdf), research, and other resources (http://savejames.com/resources/)on gender ideology. It also encourages donations to be made to Younger, who is under intense financial stress thanks to Georgulas, a pediatrician.
Younger has been prohibited by the courts from teaching James that he is a boy, and from sharing religious teachings on sɛҳuąƖity and gender. He has also been accused of abuse for saying his son is a boy, despite James wearing boy clothes and playing with and having mostly male friends. Younger has also lost jobs over the matter.
Dr. Michelle Cretella, Executive Director of the American College of Pediatricians, told LifeSite that James does not fit the profile for gender dysphoria and that “when James is away from his mother, he consistently and persistently insists that he is a boy.”

Hey, I'm angry about this grave injustice as well.

But if this lady DOES end up "missing", I might just get a subpoena to turn over your IP address. And I'll have to comply. I'm not going to fight a legal battle so you can have the freedom to say stupid or imprudent things online.

October 21, 2019 (LifeSiteNews (http://www.lifesitenews.com/)) – A jury has ruled against Jeffrey Younger, the father who is trying to protect his seven-year-old son, James, from chemical castration via a gender “transition.” This means James’ mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, will be able to continue “transitioning” him into “Luna,” and now has full authority to start him on puberty blockers and eventually cross-sex hormones.
The jury’s decision likely means that Mr. Younger will be required to “affirm” James as a girl, despite his religious and moral objections, and will also be forced to take a class on transgenderism. 
With a consensus of 11 of the 12 jurors, the jury decided not to grant Mr. Younger Sole Managing Conservatorship over his two twin boys. They voted that the current Joint Managing Conservatorship should be replaced by a Sole Managing Conservatorship, but that Mr. Younger should not be that person. Judge Kim Cooks will read her ruling on possession, child support, and Dr. Georgulas’ other requests at 1:30 p.m. CST on Wednesday.

Mr. Younger and Dr. Georgulas were in court last week fighting over custody and decision-making abilities for James and his twin, Jude. Mr. Younger argues his ex-wife is “transitioning” James against the boy’s will.

Dr. Georgulas, who brought the lawsuit, was asking Mr. Younger’s possession schedule be altered to decrease overnight stays and to force his visits with the boys to be supervised. Dr. Georgulas brought the original modification suit to the court and did not request a jury trial. Mr. Younger, in his counter petition, asked for a jury trial. Since Mr. Younger requested the jury trial, the jury ruled on his specific request for Sole Managing Conservatorship and the judge ruled on all other aspects of the petition as brought by Dr. Georgulas. 
She was also asking that Jeff be forbidden from calling his son James – his given and legal name – and that he be prohibited from bringing James around people who do not “affirm” James as a “girl.”

Mr. Younger was asking to be granted Sole Managing Conservatorship of the boys, meaning he would have had complete authority over medical, psychological, and other decision-making for the boys. 
The jury did rule that one of the parents should be Sole Managing Conservator – but that it shouldn’t be Mr. Younger. 
Before this case, Dr. Georgulas had complete authority over psychological care decisions for the boys. She was required to inform Mr. Younger of her decisions, but he did not have any say in her choice of care. 
Last week, the arguments revolved around James’ diagnosis of gender “dysphoria,” medical records recommending he begin the process of preparing for puberty blockers, and expert testimony about the risks and alleged benefits of puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones. 
Mr. Younger is worried about Dr. Georgulas forcing a lifetime of misery on their son. Transgender-identifying individuals, even when encouraged in their confusion, suffer from more psychological issues than the general population, have shorter lifespans, and are more likely to committ ѕυιcιdє. 
According to the Mayo Clinic, possible side effects of feminizing cross-sex hormone therapy are: 

Expert witnesses testified to a child’s inability to full comprehend the potential side effects of such therapy, such as permanent infertility, inability to ever naturally engage in sɛҳuąƖ relations, and a decreased lifespan. 
On Friday, protesters called on Texas lawmakers to pass legislation making it illegal for anyone under 18 years of age to begin a medical transition. They argued that children cannot fully understand the lifelong consequences of their decisions and parents should not be allowed to make this decision for their children. 
Currently, there aren’t any U.S. laws that restrict the use of puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones or outline a minimum age of administration.
Dr. Georgulas testified today James and Jude are not actually biologically related to her. They were created through in-vitro fertilization and the couple used an egg donor.

How 11/12 jurors could come to such a verdict boggles the mind, and is surely a sign of the end times.

Satan must be laughing at the irony that this whack-job of a mother is, of all things, a pediatrician.

I hope all her patients are aware of her profound malice (or mental derangement).

Of course, she will probably be in high demand now from similarly deranged parents wanting to change their child’s gender (a most egregious form of child abuse).

Where are Child Protective Services, to intervene on behalf of this poor boy??

That poor, poor boy!  To have been born to another Dr. Mengele, and be the subject of medical torture and experimentation, with that sanction and enforcement of the US government, and the agreement of 12 jurors leaves me depressed and speechless.

Shall I have to move to Antarctica in order to protect my children from this insanity?

We recently saw an example of resistance in the Vatican (ie., the dumping of Francis’s idols into the Tiber) by Catholics who have had enough.

Will this man consent to allowing his child to be destroyed??

He needs to appeal this decision.

Some good additional information there. He says the appeal is a given (this interview was before the initial trial was over) as both sides will pursue this to the Texas Supreme Court. I'm not sure the specifics of how that plays out, but surely the appeals process will involve judges determining the outcome rather than jurors. Normally, I'd say jurors might have the upper hand in terms of sanity, but the courts in Texas, at least at the state level, aren't awful as far as I'm aware -- Supreme court is 100% Republican right now. But, then he mentioned appealing to the federal level -- if that's a possibility, I hope Trump keeps churning out good judges between now and then.

James seems rather normal at this point -- he wants to be a girl while with Mom and a boy while with Dad. He just wants to do whatever makes them happy. Hopefully, his mother will be removed from his life before this abuse really messes him up.

Also of note is that this interview is on RT. I'd suspect this Dad would be willing to tell his story to anyone who will listen. Was it only RT who would speak with him?
I know LifeSiteNews covered the trial itself and that Mr. Younger will now, after losing the first trial, be interviewed by BlazeTV in a few days. That's coverage enough for me, but this is one of those stories that every sane journalist should be covering.

I think many presumed that he'd win his first trial by jury. The Younger family needs serious prayers that sanity will prevail before it's too late.  :pray:

FYI the matter of 7 year old James Younger is being looked into by the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.

This story has seen some real movement today. The judge delayed her rulings until tomorrow and both Gov Abbot and Sen Cruz posted about the case (among other TX politicians as well).

I think I read somewhere that there were only two journalists covering this trial and thereby getting information out between the time of the jury ruling (on only 2 petitions from the father) and the judge's ruling (on several more petitions submitted by the mother).

One of those two was Madeline Jacob of LifeSiteNews. From there, a story was picked up by The Daily Wire and The Blaze and that was good enough to spread the word in the right directions. I'm praying for a reasonable response by the judge tomorrow. There are still a lot of decisions left even after the jury's two decisions a few days ago.

O Lord have mercy and save this sweet little boy who is being used as a pawn by his birth mother who is not his biological mother.

This is why in-vitro fertilization, especially using a donor egg, is so morally wrong. In her eyes, he is only an experiment, and not really her son.

With the planned hormonal treatment to cause this totally unnecessary "sex change" of this little boy into a transgendered girl, he would be at higher risk not only of ѕυιcιdє, but also of cancer.

Have you heard of CitizenGo? I am a member and funder of this institution.

This case is right down our institution's alley and, if you want, I would like ot help you package an application for a CitizenGo crusade. Should CitizenGo approve the case, CitizenGo would offer support under different profiles to Mr Younger and, more importantly, James.

The more individuals petition CitizenGo, independently, the more visibility Mr Younger's case would receive and the greater chances Mr Younger would have to have his case taken up.

Perhaps we could ask a moderator to send PM to all members of this community (who chose to allow PM) to increase awareness on this case.

CitizenGo recently won a high profile battle against the High Courts of England, to stop a little muslim girl being euthanized. Her doctors said that switching off life support was: "in the girl's best interest". She is now, safely, in an Italian hospital. CitizenGo raised the funds for her medical fees, transport and the family's legal fees.

May I propose that a moderator choose a day and GMT time for this community to pray, together, for James and Mr Younger.

Cathinfo community members, across the world, could use GMT time to start the Rosary at the same time as praying together, as a congregation, pleases Our Lord and Our Lady greatly.

Judge Kim Cooks of the 255th district also put a gag order on the father so that he cannot speak to the press about the case and decided that the father is not required to pay attorney fees. The judge’s decision means that the Save James website will have to be shut down.

Just speculation, but when you slap a gag order on the dad and kick out the press who've been in the court room for two weeks already, it doesn't sound like this is the decision she was already inclined to hand down.
