Some good additional information there. He says the appeal is a given (this interview was before the initial trial was over) as both sides will pursue this to the Texas Supreme Court. I'm not sure the specifics of how that plays out, but surely the appeals process will involve judges determining the outcome rather than jurors. Normally, I'd say jurors might have the upper hand in terms of sanity, but the courts in Texas, at least at the state level, aren't awful as far as I'm aware -- Supreme court is 100% Republican right now. But, then he mentioned appealing to the federal level -- if that's a possibility, I hope Trump keeps churning out good judges between now and then.

James seems rather normal at this point -- he wants to be a girl while with Mom and a boy while with Dad. He just wants to do whatever makes them happy. Hopefully, his mother will be removed from his life before this abuse really messes him up.

Also of note is that this interview is on RT. I'd suspect this Dad would be willing to tell his story to anyone who will listen. Was it only RT who would speak with him?
I know LifeSiteNews covered the trial itself and that Mr. Younger will now, after losing the first trial, be interviewed by BlazeTV in a few days. That's coverage enough for me, but this is one of those stories that every sane journalist should be covering.

I think many presumed that he'd win his first trial by jury. The Younger family needs serious prayers that sanity will prevail before it's too late. 

This story has seen some real movement today. The judge delayed her rulings until tomorrow and both Gov Abbot and Sen Cruz posted about the case (among other TX politicians as well).

I think I read somewhere that there were only two journalists covering this trial and thereby getting information out between the time of the jury ruling (on only 2 petitions from the father) and the judge's ruling (on several more petitions submitted by the mother).

One of those two was Madeline Jacob of LifeSiteNews. From there, a story was picked up by The Daily Wire and The Blaze and that was good enough to spread the word in the right directions. I'm praying for a reasonable response by the judge tomorrow. There are still a lot of decisions left even after the jury's two decisions a few days ago.

Family friends of Jeffrey Younger, a Texas man trying to prevent his ex-wife from turning his 6-year-old son into a girl, have launched a website dedicated to helping him in his fight.
Anne Georgulas, who is currently in a custody battle for her twin sons with Younger, dresses their son James in girl’s clothes and calls him “Luna” when he is with her. She also enrolled him in “social transitioning” therapy to prepare him for chemical castration to become a girl when he turns 8.
The website Save James was launched in order to help Younger in his legal battle. The site features a blog, provides a timeline, court docuмents, prayers, research, and other resourceson gender ideology. It also encourages donations to be made to Younger, who is under intense financial stress thanks to Georgulas, a pediatrician.
Younger has been prohibited by the courts from teaching James that he is a boy, and from sharing religious teachings on sɛҳuąƖity and gender. He has also been accused of abuse for saying his son is a boy, despite James wearing boy clothes and playing with and having mostly male friends. Younger has also lost jobs over the matter.
Dr. Michelle Cretella, Executive Director of the American College of Pediatricians, told LifeSite that James does not fit the profile for gender dysphoria and that “when James is away from his mother, he consistently and persistently insists that he is a boy.”
